In this program, students work side-by-side with some of the leading scientists and researchers in the world. In addition to the laboratory experience, participants also have an opportunity to attend a summer seminar series where senior NIH investigators discuss the latest developments in biomedical research. For graduate students with less than 1 year of study, the monthly salary is $1,400, with 1 year, $1,600, with 2 years, $1,800, with 3 or more years, $2,000. The goal of the program is to expose students to research procedures in an unique environment devoted exclusively to biomedical research and training.
