Biosafety Qualification Examination

Please read the syllabus and view the slide presentation BEFORE taking the examination.
If you have any questions, please contact the Biosafety officer at 241-5169.

Once you are confident that you know the material you will request the examination by forwarding an e-mail one day (at least 24 hours) before taking the examination to the Biosafety Officer at: Philip Hauck.

You have 60 minutes to complete the examination from the time it is forwarded to you, so budget your time accordingly. If you do not return it within 60 minutes, you will be marked as having failed the test.

When you complete the exam, e-mail the exam as an attachment. Keep a copy for your records. The Biosafety Officer will grade the exam and keep a copy of it on file.

When you successfully complete the exam, the Biosafety Officer will issue you a certificate stating that you have completed your Biosafety Training.
